By using Nail Storyboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location are not waived by these terms.
What the app does
Nail Storyboard lets you plan ten editable nail designs, mirror or copy finger details, attach local hand-reference photos and voice notes, and export design briefs. It is a creative planning and communication tool. Photos are references, not virtual try-on results. It does not recognize nail beds, diagnose health conditions, guarantee color accuracy, recommend medical treatment, or provide professional nail-care advice.
License and permitted use
Subject to these terms, you may use the app for personal design planning and to communicate with your nail artist. You may edit built-in templates and include them in your own design briefs. Do not resell or redistribute the standalone template library as your own product, circumvent technical protections, misuse the app unlawfully, or infringe another person’s rights. Rights that applicable law expressly permits remain unaffected.
Your content
You retain rights to the photos, text, voice recordings, and original designs you create. You are responsible for having permission to use and share any material you import, including images of other people. The app does not claim ownership of your personal content, publish it, or require a license to upload it because there is no app-operated upload service.
Local storage and responsibility
Designs and drafts are saved on your device. Use the save controls and verify important records and exports. Device failure, insufficient storage, deletion, uninstalling, or operating-system changes may affect availability. The app includes readable export tools but no in-app backup import or restore feature. Exports are readable copies, not an in-app restore backup. Keep independent copies of important work. iOS backups depend on your Apple settings and services.
Permissions and third-party services
Camera and microphone access are optional and requested separately when you choose those features. You can use samples, chosen photos, or written notes instead. iOS permission dialogs, the system photo picker, share destinations, your email provider, and Cloudflare-hosted legal pages operate under their own terms and policies. Hosted pages require a network connection; bundled copies remain available when the pages cannot load.
Prices and availability
Version 1.0.0 has no in-app purchases, subscription, ads, or external digital-goods payment. All included design tools and sample content are available without an account. Future changes to pricing or major services would be disclosed through the appropriate platform and applicable terms before requiring payment. We do not promise permanent availability or a particular future feature.
Design and real-world results
Screen colors and vector shapes are planning references. Nail products, lighting, display calibration, anatomy, materials, and professional technique affect the final result. Discuss length, raised details, materials, comfort, and any relevant sensitivities with a qualified professional. Stop using a nail product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience a reaction.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, independently shared copies, or third-party services outside our control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory warranties, fraud, intentional misconduct, or non-excludable consumer protections.
Termination, updates, and disputes
You may stop using the app and delete its local content at any time. Updates may change supported behavior; material changes to these terms will carry a new update date. No specific governing-law jurisdiction or exclusive court is designated here because the operator’s legal domicile has not been verified. Applicable mandatory law and consumer dispute rights remain available. Contact support to raise a concern before taking further steps where appropriate.
